Amy Esper is the owner of Methodical Organizing & Moving. She began her career in organizing and move management in 2015 by opening the Sarasota branch of In Order to Succeed® before deciding to begin her own business with an expanded list of services. Prior to her foray into her passion, she was a labor and employment attorney in NY, New York and then in Sarasota, FL. As such, she understands how vital organization is to success in your career and home. Clients appreciate her analytical and precise approach to moving and organizing spaces.
Amy received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia before attending Southern Methodist University Deadman School of Law for her Juris Doctor. She is currently a member of the New York Bar. In addition, Amy is a Licensed Realtor in Florida and is a hands-on property manager. She is a member of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. And of course, she is a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing.
During her law career, Amy represented the federal government in labor and employment actions at administrative hearings and before labor boards before moving to Bloomberg, LP. There she became a legal journalist and drafted synopses and opinions for subscribers and online consumption. Her legal work honed the analytical and organizational skills she uses to tackle organizational challenges and implement moving solutions.
As an innately organized individual, she finds such gratification in bringing order to the lives of others. She has three young children and a husband but always maintains an organized home and balances her family’s needs with the needs of her clients. As the owner and leader of Methodical Organizing & Moving, Amy will ensure that you have a seamless organizing or moving experience.
Elizabeth Foy began organizing for friends and family in 2016 before linking up with Amy Esper to add move management to her formidable skills. Prior to her career in the field, Elizabeth was a personal assistant to a high-profile client in NY, New York. As a personal assistant, Elizabeth was responsible for a myriad of details and often had to react to stressful situations with little notice.
Elizabeth attended the Fashion Institute of Technology and received a bachelors degree in merchandising in 1998. She worked in Manhattan for nine years before arriving in Sarasota in 2011. Elizabeth approaches her work with tenacity and determination. As an innately organized individual, she loves relieving the stress from clients who are experiencing a move or have a disorganized space. Transforming chaotic areas into orderly spaces is truly her passion.
Elizabeth has two children with her husband and enjoys the balance that she has between family, friends and her clients at Methodical Organizing & Moving. Clients really appreciate her calm demeanor and quiet confidence when moving and organizing spaces.
Kimberly Ledesma began organizing for Methodical Organizing & Moving in 2021. The owner, Amy Esper, selected her after visiting her impeccably organized home and hearing of her work ethic. Prior to her hiring, Kimberly worked for Williams Sonoma, Inc. as a member of the Pottery Barn in home design team. She worked in this capacity for seven years.
Kimberly received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Community Studies concentration from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. She arrived in Sarasota in 2015 with her husband and two children to be closer to family and escape the cold.
Kimberly is a DIY junkie and an avid builder in her spare time. She enjoys various home improvement projects and approaches her work with the same tenacity as she does a kitchen remodel. Clients appreciate her ability to assemble furniture and generally to problem solve. As an organized person, she loves transforming dysfunctional spaces into systematized areas. She is a valued team member of Methodical Organizing & Moving.
Mandy Latta began organizing for Methodical Organizing & Moving in 2021. The owner, Amy Esper, selected her as an assistant upon hearing of her innate organizational skills. Prior to her career in organizing, Mandy was a pharmaceutical sales representative for five years. In preparation for her career, Mandy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Sales Managements.
In 2014 she moved to Sarasota, FL with her husband to raise her two children. Mandy enjoys traveling, reading, boating, and spending time with loved ones in her spare time.
Clients appreciate her subtle presence and can-do attitude when moving and organizing spaces. She loves transforming disorganization into beautiful spaces. She digs into any assignment with a smile and is an invaluable part of the Methodical Organizing & Moving team.
